Breads, granola, fruit, and eggs were really appreciated. Location: the hotel was near to the alley, store and the airport. It also was to the clinic.
The staff we met were a bit lazy.

It was a quiet little place. The staff was always attentive providing assistance. The setting was ideal, short walk to the centre of town which is affordable and clean, Machu Picchu and taxi from airport...

The hotel offers beautiful city views from its rooms.
We faced unexpected charges for early check-in with not been disclosed prior. The room lacked functional storage, forcing us to put belongings on the floor . We were disappointed to find that our room did not include the promised robes and slippers.

Highly recommend for couples
I can't say enough about the amazing staff here! Juan was a lifesaver, really went out of his way to check in on us when I was feeling unwell and helped us book tours too, it reminded me of we were in good hands.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was totally worth it.
